2014-2015 Deer Season Information
Effective November 30, 2014, we will ONLY be accepting CLEAN and LEAN DEBONED (all meat must be off the bone) deer for the remainder of the 2014 Deer Season.
We ask that you bring the meat in fresh or thawed (if it has been frozen) because we go through every order and it would save us a lot of time if we can go through it soon as the meat is brought in. A cleaning charge will be added to your order if it is not to our standard. $10 minute minimum and $15 for every 30 minutes spent cleaning. We DO NOT take any rib cage meat, blood clumps need removed, as little hair possible (we know it’s impossible to have none), clean of debris, and little to no fat trim.
Monday-Thursday 7:30am -5:30pm
Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday 7:30am – 2:00pm
Sunday 9:00am – 12:00pm

1.) Coming from I-64: Take exit 63 (Highway 162) and head north. You will enter into Ferdinand, IN. Take a right onto 5th Street. Stay on there for .8 mile. Ferdinand Processing will be on your left hand side. The drive way to the shop splits two homes (Yellow brick on right, and a red brick on left).
2.) Coming South on Hwy 162: Hwy 162 South will bring you into Ferdinand, IN. Take a left on 5th street. Stay on there for .8 mile. Ferdinand Processing will be on your left hand side. The drive way to the shop splits two homes (Yellow brick on right, and a red brick on left).
